How does PinField pricing work?
You pay one flat monthly price for your company based on how many employees you track, not a charge per user. Starter covers up to 25 employees for ₹999 a month, Business up to 100 for ₹2,999 a month, and Enterprise up to 1,000 for ₹9,999 a month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features. You do not need a credit card to start.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. PinField doesn’t ask for card details during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going.
Are there setup or training fees?
No. You set PinField up yourself from the web dashboard: import your team and customers from a spreadsheet and invite your reps. There is no installation visit and no paid onboarding.
Are all features included on every plan?
Yes. Plans differ only in how many employees you can track. Every plan includes the Android app, the web dashboard, WhatsApp alerts, reports and exports.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free: you pay for 10 months and use PinField for 12.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown without GST, which is added to your invoice as applicable.
What if my team grows past my plan?
